For concerns that aren't urgent but still need attention. We'll work with you to get to the root of the issue and help your pet feel better.
Cancellation Policy
In order to ensure that all patients are seen promptly, your appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited if you are more than 10 minutes late. We require 24 hour notice for cancellations. For in hospital appointments, we are now open! We have 2 entrances for your pets saftey. Please bring dogs in the entrance to the left side of the building via the ramp. Cats and exotic pets should be brought into the front door next to the sign on the left side of the building. If you require assistance, please call us at 585-519-4141 when you arrive and we will come out to your car to help you.
