Scheduling and Hospital Policies
At our practice, we believe that pet owners are our valued partners in providing the highest level of care to every patient-whether canine, feline, or exotic. Together, we strive to ensure a positive, stress-free experience for both pets and their people.
To help us provide timely care to all our patients, we require a deposit equal to the exam fee to secure your appointment. This policy helps prevent missed appointments, which take away opportunities to see other pets in need-including urgent care cases-and ensures we can deliver the best possible service to every patient.

To help us serve you efficiently and maintain a smooth schedule for all patients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Appointments that are more than 10 minutes late will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. We require 24 hour notice for cancellations.

While we do not accept payments over the phone, we offer a convenient and secure online payment portal for your ease. Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to your pet's health.
